Thank you for your support, together we can do more for our patients and hospitals.
Riders one and all! RCHT Charity is back and ready to tackle 2022 with our amazing Pedal 4 Patients cycle challenge.
For the second year running we’re proud and excited to lead this immense, fun and challenging cycle of 200 miles over 3 days – 22-24 September across some of the most stunning Devon and Cornwall coast and countryside.
Discover or regain fitness you thought lost forever, do good, make friends and stare this challenge down. Make a difference, make memories for life.
RCHT Charity Community Fundraiser Lynne Lees said, “this is a fantastic event. It’s not a race so participants can cycle at their own pace and will be challenged in many different and individual ways. You may wish to cycle at speed or you may be delighted to just finish each day. We have tremendous support from Sustrans, Kapar Security, RCHT Sustenation and Kier Construction and we’re enormously grateful to them all”.
Places are strictly limited so email rcht.charity@nhs.net or call 01872 252858 for an information pack.
As our Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust staff work tirelessly to care for Covid 19 patients in Cornwall in the coming weeks and months we know that YOU want to show your support. Teams will work long arduous hours, putting themselves on the frontline as they care for our friends, family and loved ones. Many will spend time away from their own families to protect them from the infection and many we know will become ill themselves.
The Covid19 Fund, part of Royal Cornwall Hospitals Charity, will support the welfare of our teams now and in the recovery period of the Covid 19 pandemic. IT will also provide support for our patients and their families at this difficult time.
All donations are VERY gratefully received to the fund and will be used for our NHS staff. Please show them you are behind them, make a donation and leave a message to show your support.
On behalf of all our RCHT staff, thank you for your kindness and generosity. Donate to the Covid-19 fund
A donation of £2.00 will buy one drink – of course you can donate more than one cup.
Your donation will purchase a drink and with the kind support of our friends at Mitie a small donation will also go to Royal Cornwall Hospitals Charity for the ongoing support of our hospitals.
Vouchers for drinks will be available for all staff caring for our patients at this time – RCHT colleagues, Housekeeping and Catering teams, Ambulance crew, volunteers and many more.

An online tribute to your loved one on JustGiving is a lovely way to leave a lasting memory with a photograph and a few special words. Friends and family can leave donations in lieu of flowers and messages of remembrance. This is a safe and secure way to donate and it enables your friends and family to see donations at a glance. You can make donations in memory at time, such as a special anniversary or birthday when you would like to remember your loved one. Visit Just Giving to set up your In Memory fundraising page.
Your legacy can provide gold standard care for patients in Cornwall. A legacy or bequest is a tax-free gift left to a charity in a Will. Charitable bequests are of enormous importance to our work.
