Support the Covid19 Fund

Why support our Covid19 Fund?

As our Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust staff work tirelessly to care for Covid 19 patients in Cornwall in the coming weeks and months we know that YOU want to show your support. Teams will work long arduous hours, putting themselves on the frontline as they care for our friends, family and loved ones. Many will spend time away from their own families to protect them from the infection and many we know will become ill themselves.

The Covid19 Fund, part of Royal Cornwall Hospitals Charity, will support the welfare of our teams now and in the recovery period of the Covid 19 pandemic. IT will also provide support for our patients and their families at this difficult time.

All donations are VERY gratefully received to the fund and will be used for our NHS staff. Please show them you are behind them, make a donation and leave a message to show your support.

On behalf of all our RCHT staff, thank you for your kindness and generosity. Donate here

London to Paris Cycle Challenge

Poster - London to Paris challengeJoin us on the 23rd to 26th September 2021 and ride London to Paris for a truly inspirational experience; you’ll make friends for life, push yourself beyond your limits but most of all make memories you’ll cherish for a lifetime.

Cycling London to Paris is an awesome cycling challenge and is by far one of the best fundraising events in Europe, attracting hundreds of riders each year and raising thousands for charities nationwide.

We’ll spend 3 days in the saddle, cycling 237 miles from capital to capital. Our journey begins in London with the route taking us through glorious English countryside as we cycle from Croydon to Portsmouth, before crossing the Channel to Caen. Once across the water, we start cycling ‘French style’, remembering to keep to the right!  We cycle along quiet French country lanes, through traditional market towns with views of the rolling green hills of Northern France.

A spectacular finish awaits us as we reach the home stretch around the Arc de Triomphe and down the Champs-Elysées, before reaching the piece de resistance, the Eiffel Tower, which marks our finish line. The days in the saddle may be long but the sense of achievement we’ll feel crossing the finish line and the euphoric atmosphere as we celebrate our achievements in this magnificent capital, the saddle soreness soon wears off!

Don’t miss out, get in touch for more information – take on the challenge of a lifetime and support Royal Cornwall Hospitals Charity.
