Gifts in Memory

You may wish to leave a gift in memory of your loved one. There are several ways you can do this.

Create an online tribute page on Memory Giving

The Royal Cornwall Hospitals Charity is registered with Memory Giving and your funeral director will be able to help you set up a tribute page dedicated to the memory of your loved one. Please visit the Memory Giving website for more details.

Create an ‘In Memory’ page on Just Giving

An online tribute to your loved one on JustGiving is a lovely way to leave a lasting memory with a photograph and a few special words. Friends and family can leave donations in lieu of flowers and messages of remembrance. This is a safe and secure way to donate and it enables your friends and family to see donations at a glance. You can make donations in memory at time, such as a special anniversary or birthday when you would like to remember your loved one. Visit Just Giving to set up your In Memory fundraising page.

Legacy and Bequests

NHS Staff

Leaving a gift in your Will is a generous way to make a lifelong donation to a charity you care about. Of course, ensuring you loved ones are cared for comes first, but leaving a charitable bequest in your Will can advance care for patients in Cornwall for generations to come.

We would always recommend that you gain quotes from solicitors if you are unsure of the costs of producing a Will and the cost can depend on how complicated your affairs and wishes are. A solicitor will ensure all legal procedures are followed and answer any questions you may have.

If you make the decision to leave a gift to Royal Cornwall Hospitals Charity, please find below the details that you will need to provide to your chosen solicitor.

  • Registered Charity Name: Royal Cornwall Hospitals Charity
  • Registered Charity Number: 1049687

Charity Address:
Royal Cornwall Hospitals Charity
Royal Cornwall Hospital
Truro
Cornwall
TR1 3LJ

Make a will online

We’ve partnered with MakeAWillOnline.co.uk to help make it even easier for you to create a Will and remember the Royal Cornwall Hospitals Charity.

We work with Make a Will Online so that our supporters can make wills conveniently, quickly and securely. Every will is checked by a solicitor plus if you have any legal questions, they will answer these too. You can get further peace of mind and protect the wishes in your will against challenge, free of charge, through their Capacity Vault service.

You can easily make a Will in minutes online.

Specific Fund Details: If you would like your gift to benefit a specific fund, please ask if you are unsure of a Fund Name and Number to provide to your solicitor.

The thoughtful support of patients, family, community members and staff who donate and fundraise for Royal Cornwall Hospital Charity advances care beyond basic provisions at Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust’s three sites (Royal Cornwall Hospital in Truro, West Cornwall Hospital in Penzance and St Michael’s Hospital, Hayle).

Thank you for your interest in supporting our charity
