For those patients with smartphones and mobile devices, many are already keeping in touch using our free hospital wifi. However, we know that not all patients have this technology and we hope you will make use of a new service that has been set up by our Patient Experience Team.
Here are the simple steps to follow:
- If you would like to send your family member a message our patient ambassadors (volunteers) will be happy to help. The team can deliver letters you email to us, or simple well wishes, helping you to stay connected at the most difficult of times.
- Email email@example.com and leave messages and, if you wish to, photos. We will then make sure these are delivered to the ward. Please ensure you include the patient’s name, date of birth and the name of the ward they are on (if known), or;
- Telephone 01872 253793, leaving a message with your details and we will call you back.
