Learning from Excellence is a method of studying excellence in healthcare that is often prevalent, but frequently unrecognised.

It can create new opportunities for learning and improving resilience and staff morale. We have been running this programme in RCHT since April 2017 with great success.

All staff who are nominated will be contacted and praised for their excellent practice!
