Royal Cornwall Hospital’s Festival of Opportunity

RCHT is hosting a new, FREE event on Monday 22nd July – 2-5pm in the Knowledge Spa, Royal Cornwall Hospital – showcasing career opportunities and pathways in to health and care, aimed at young people who are considering what to do after finishing school or college.
With exams now finished and young people considering what to do next, the Festival of Opportunity offers a chance to meet and talk with a wide range of health and care professionals and to learn about the many diverse and rewarding career options available.

Working in health and care offers progression, leadership opportunities and job satisfaction, and the Festival aims to inspire young people to consider health and care when making their career choices.

There will be the opportunity to interact and learn about the myriad of clinical and supporting roles and to get up-to-date advice from different Universities to learn about the different pathways that are available.

Anyone with an interest in working in health care will be very welcome to drop by, browse the displays, take part in workshops, and chat to our team from 2pm-5pm at the Knowledge Spa, Royal Cornwall Hospital.

There is pay and display parking on-site and the Park and Ride bus stop is right outside the Knowledge Spa.
