The Pendennis Ward at Royal Cornwall Hospital provides post-operative care for patients who have undergone emergency surgery.
The ward has been specially designed around patient experience and feedback. Our compassionate team is specially trained to help you recover and go home as quickly as possible.

Visiting on Pendennis ward is by appointment only – please call the ward direct to arrange a time to visit your relative. Please do follow any procedures and guidance from staff.
Visiting outside these times can be discussed with the nurse or midwife in charge. See our Visiting Policy.

Directions to Pendennis Ward
The Pendennis ward is located on the second floor of Trelawny Wing at the Royal Cornwall Hospital in Treliske, Truro. If you enter from the Trelawny main entrance (near the café and WH Smiths shop) take the lift or the stairs (at the far end of the corridor) to the second floor.
