The Eatwell Guide – shows how much of what we eat overall should come from each food group to achieve a healthy, balanced diet. You do not need to achieve this balance with every meal, but try to get the balance right over a day or even a week.
Stretchly – is a simple application that can help you manage your break schedule and provides the necessary motivation to get up and take a stretch. Download from the Trust Applications catalogue which is located on Trust computer desktops.
Step Into Health – is a Free distance learning course delivered by Loughborough College, that runs over 13 weeks and is aimed at individuals taking the time to look at their own lifestyles and make positive sustainable changes, whilst achieving a qualification in the process. Women’s Health Concern (WHC) – is the patient arm of the British Menopause Society (BMS), provides a confidential, independent service to advise, reassure and educate women of all ages about their gynaecological and sexual health, wellbeing and lifestyle concerns. They offer unbiased information – by telephone, email, printed factsheets, online and through symposia, seminars, meetings and our workshop Living and loving well beyond 40…!

Occupational Health & Wellbeing Team – have a vital role to promote and protect the mental and physical wellbeing of our people at work, offering independent advice to both managers and employees on health, the working environment, any health risks associated with the workplace and any occupational issues. Cycle to Work Scheme – This Salary Sacrifice Scheme is open to all staff on a substantive or fixed term contract. There are three lengths of loan term available – 6-month (for those with less than 12 months to run on their contract); 12 months or 24 months. The maximum amount you can borrow is £3000.
